BancVue provides this game to institutions to put on their websites to attract and retain account holders.  According to BancVue, it was created by a former Washington D.C. Teacher of the Year and is an online environment that teaches kids how to make the most of their financial future. When kids play MoneyIsland, they go on quests to fantastic destinations like the Eiffel Tower and Atlantis and they learn real-life principles of financial responsibility.

The kids have to sign up to play. To sign up, they enter an access code that the parent gets (it requires your name, email, number of kids and zip code – then you get the access code).
